Description: 1993 Fleetwood Terry Resort 37C equipped with a 9,300 GVWR, 2-5/16" coupler, aluminum exterior, good tires with 50% tread, two slide-outs, audio system, bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchenette.

Exterior: Lower skirting is pushed in, roof is pushed down on passenger rear corner, rear bumper is dented, and roof is patched.

Interior: Ceiling is pushed in the rear corner of the bedroom, ceiling above the refrigerator is cracked, lower slide-out trim is damaged, and front ceiling is water damaged and sagging.

Mechanical: Hand crank tool for manual slide-outs is missing (slide-outs are untested). Coach battery is also missing.
