Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread. (One tire needs replacement).
Exterior: Roof is damaged/patched. Roof access ladder was removed, delaminating on rear wall, decals peeling, and part of the underlayment has been removed. See pictures.
Interior: Floor is soft. Missing furniture/microwave/TV/electrical outlet. Hole in bedroom floor, nail/screw holes, and stickers on woodwork (will take finish off when removed). Shower floor is cracked, delaminating, and patched. View all pictures for cosmetic condition.
Mechanical: Battery needs to be replaced. Front slideout and awning do not operate. Unable to open front stairs. Water heater plug was cross-threaded/siliconed closed. Unit arrived frozen (unknown damage). Will need one tire replaced before travel.
