Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.

Exterior: Roof is water damaged. Both front corners are missing siding panels, decals peeling, delamination on front cap, paint damage on skirting, and the entry step support bar needs to be resecured. Missing awning, and portions of fenders. Rear leveling jack motor is disassembled.

Interior: Bedroom floor is soft/apparent water damage. Dinette/bunkroom upholstery is damaged. The water heater panel, thermostat, and trim in the bunkroom need to be reattached. Kitchen faucet missing its spout head.

Mechanical: The tongue jack and battery are missing.
