Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.
Exterior: Broken light fixture on the left side. The power cord door is missing and the battery door hinge is loose. Paint is sun faded and bubbled in various locations with scuffs and dings in the body. View photos for cosmetic blemishes.
Interior: The bedroom stairs are missing panels, headboard is removed from the wall, missing flooring, and the door is off track/broken. The kitchen sink is damaged and cabinet doors are loose. Furniture is worn and stains in the carpeting. Missing a light switch. "No step" is floor vent (see picture). Strong musty odor in unit (did not locate any visible water damage).
Mechanical: No keys. Battery needs to be replaced.
**UPDATE**:The main bedroom door is the missing glass insert, closet door missing in main bedroom and main bedroom door frame is damaged. Some visible corrosion on frame rails. The screen door is torn, the kitchen counter top is also damaged, there are several holes in paneling throughout, the large slide out wall has separated. The flooring has been partially replaced. Laminate flooring material under main bed is missing.
