Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.
Exterior: Noticeable delamination in front and some delamination in rear. The front cap seams/seals are beginning to separate on the right. The antenna on the roof is missing, holes in the front door, and the storage door seals/driver-side fender are loose. The slideout window on the driver's side has bed liner sprayed around the outer seal. VIN tag is faded.
Interior: Prevalent water damage in front bedroom wall. Rear wall may have hidden water damage. Wallpaper peeling, stains in the carpets, worn furniture upholstery, and exposed wires in various locations. Noticeable cigarette smoke staining in walls and ceiling. The breaker panel cover, A/C cover, bedroom drawers, mattress, dinette cushions, and the light fixture above the couch are missing. See pictures for details.
Mechanical: No keys. Battery needs to be replaced.
