Mechanical: Batteries need replacement.
**UPDATE**: The kitchen island counter top edge is peeling, 2 cabinet doors in bunkroom have been removed, upper trim on large slide out is loose, main bedroom closet sliding door is off its track, carpet frayed on slide outs. The cabinet above the fireplace is damaged.
