Tire Condition: Good / 75% tread.
Exterior: Passenger side awnings are torn and the awning above the rear ramp is broken. Bedroom slideout flooring is damaged (underneath), the window seal is coming off on the living area slideout, and the wiring for passenger slideout hangs down when closed. See pictures for details.
Interior: Toy hauler door frame trim and trim underneath the sink are damaged. Stains in the carpets, the rear screen door is damaged, and all couch upholstery is worn/damaged.
Mechanical: Unable to open toy hauler door. Generator hours unknown.
