Tire Condition: Replace.

Exterior: The roof skylight is damaged/taped. Rubber seals around the edges are loose, delamination forming in areas, awning is torn, and damaged fiberglass underneath the front end. Graphics peeling, corrosion, scuffs, and dings in various locations around the body. View photos for details.

Interior: Holes in the walls, damaged trim around the slideouts, and the bedroom mattress is missing. Scuffs/wear on wood trims, cabinetry, and walls. Stained and worn.

Mechanical: The jacks do not operate (damaged motor). Only one of the slideouts operate (front left). The electrical panel is loose/does not operate. No keys. Battery needs to be replaced.
