Exterior: Loose seal on the lower left side, separating on the right side, and the edges of the roof have been resealed. The fiberglass in the front left is loose from the upper trim. The entry steps are stuck in, paint is sun faded, and scratches/dings in areas from use.
Interior: The entryway flooring is soft. Vinyl separating on the right and rear right near the ceiling. Hole in the screen on the right side and veneer peeling on cabinets. See pictures for details.
Mechanical: No keys. Battery needs to be replaced. |
