Tire Condition: Good / 75% tread.
Exterior: The roof is damaged, the front lower corner of the slideout is bent outwards, slideout seals are peeling, and the rear passenger bumper trim is bent. The rear ladder is missing and the two mount studs have been torn out. Decals are faded and peeling with scuffs and dings in the body. The awning canvas is torn and the front awning support is detached. See pictures.
Interior: Trim detached/hanging in areas and evidence of water-damage in various locations. The light cover on the overhead bed, living area vent cover, outlet cover in living area, and strut for underbed storage are missing. Kitchen cabinetry is water-damaged/stained.
Mechanical: The generator turns over, but unable to start due to low fuel. Batteries need to be replaced. This unit was lot tested only due to no plates (untested beyond).
