Tire Condition: Replace.
Exterior: Delamination at the apex where the front curve meets the roofline. Dents and a tear in the lower left front corner. Sun fading, peeling decals, and adhesive residue in various locations. Missing front passthrough storage door retainers on both sides. Front stabilizer jacks are bent. The right side skirting is bent at the fender. The awning has been removed, with leftover canvas still in the awning slot.
Interior: Flooring is soft in the entryway and damaged in front of the couch. Water damage in the slide cupboard and on the bottom of cabinetry in the kitchen area. The main entry screen door is missing the lower section and the rear entry screen door is missing the latch cover. Adhesive residue, scuffs, and stains on walls and stains on furniture in various locations. See pictures for condition.
Mechanical: The slideout switch operates, but in reverse. Keys, battery, and the tongue jack foot are missing. |
