Description: 2013 Dutchmen Aerolite 285BHGS equipped with a fiberglass exterior, one slideout, master bedroom, bunks, full bathroom, and a kitchenette.

Tire Condition: Cracked / 25% tread.

Exterior: The roof has been repainted and is patched on the right side. The left wheel well is damaged due to a blow-out and spare tires have been installed. Delamination in the front, the awning is torn, and decals peeling in areas. See pictures.

Interior: The front wall and ceiling are water-damaged. The interior flooring underneath the sofa is damaged (from blow-out). The bedroom mattress is missing. Normal wear from use.

Mechanical: No keys. Battery needs to be replaced.
