Tire Condition: Replace.
Exterior: The roof membrane is weathered with soft spots in the front. The right fender flare is damaged, awning is torn, handrail is missing, and the lower skirting on the left side is dented. The glass has been removed from two windows on the left and replaced with A/C units. The flooring is soft at the front/rear of the slideout and the weather stripping is peeling. See pictures.
Interior: The flooring is torn in front of the slideout, furniture upholstery is worn, carpets are stained, breaker box cover is missing, and the slideout flooring is loose. The bathroom door is missing and there is a hole in the right slideout wall.
