Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.
Exterior: Small tear in the membrane on the center of the roof. The belly pan is sagging, the front awning supports are damaged, rear right awning is missing, and delamination on the right side. The flooring is soft on the left rear/front slideouts and the front right slideout. Scuffs and dings in the body.
Interior: The front entry steps are missing, vinyl flooring peeling on the slideouts, and a soft spot in the living area (12"x24"). Window treatments, cabinet doors, bedroom door, dinette, couch, and microwave are missing. The bedroom closet door has been removed and the door frame is damaged. Stains in the carpets and wear on furniture/wood trims in various locations. See pictures.
Mechanical: No keys. Battery may need replacement.
