Exterior: The roof seams are peeling. Delaminated with damaged/cracked fiberglass that has been covered with tape in various locations. One of the tie-down points is loose due to damaged wood. Rust, scuffs, and scratches in the body. See pictures.
Interior: Scratches on wood trims/cabinetry and stains in the carpet/furniture. Nicotine odor.
Mechanical: The dinette slide-out struggles to come out and needs to be extended/retracted little by little to get the slide completely out. The generator turns over but unable to test start (no propane). Exposed wiring near the generator controls. The battery needs to be replaced.
