Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.

Insurance loss: Per insurance, water leaked in around the roof vents and A/C in the bedroom (see images). The bed and galley slides have rotting in the floor. There's soft spots at the foot of the bed and near the entry.

Exterior: The rear right marker light is pushed in. Cracked fiberglass under the front left slide-out. Scuffs and dings in various locations around the body.

Interior: Wear from use as shown.

Mechanical: No keys. The generator cranks over, but unable to test beyond due to low fuel.
