Tire Condition: Good / 25% tread.
Exterior: The roof is severely damaged (falling apart, leaking, and missing in many areas). The right slideout is slightly stuck in the extended position towards the rear. The driver's side mirror housing is broken, awnings are torn, and the storage doors are difficult to open/taped closed. See pictures for condition.
Interior: The flooring is soft/spongy in various locations with standing water present. The roof is sagging down onto the slideouts. Sections of the flooring are broken, pulled up, and missing. The countertops are cracked and peeling. The bedroom flooring is partially missing (can see through between the bed and closet).
Mechanical: Starts and runs, but is undrivable. The rear differential is locked up. The planetary gear shafts and drive shaft have been removed for transport, and no gear oil is present (all nuts/bolts are stored inside the unit). We did not attempt to extend the slide-outs due to the possibility of the roof sinking in. When power was applied to the coach batteries, the interior lights turned on, but the generator did not attempt to start. After a few seconds, a strong odor of burning electrical was detected. The batteries do not hold a charge.
