Exterior: The roof is patched in the rear and there's a crack in the front right fiberglass near the corner. Missing the right fender. Delamination below the front left slide-out. Roof plumbing vents are dry-rotted and the awning is weathered.
Interior: Stains and tears in the flooring/carpets. Pet odor. Missing refrigerator and screen door. Blemishes in woodwork, trim, and cabinetry as shown. The pantry door and sliding bathroom door are broken. Miscellaneous unknown wires is lying in the front left slide. See pictures for additional details.
Mechanical: The front left bedroom slide-out does not fully extend nor fully retract (closes with about a 4" gap in the front and sits flush in the rear). No keys or propane tanks included. |
