Insurance Loss: Appears to have been in a front end impact. The tab on the right of the fork stem is bent. The forks are bent and the right side scraped. The rear brake pedal is bent. See pictures for cosmetic blemishes.
Mechanical (Updated): As previously stated, the throttle was stuck in the wide open position. We managed to free the throttle cable linkage, but throttle movement is very sticky, and the right hand control twists with the handgrip. It now starts up for a few seconds and stalls (see video). The brakes have no pressure (leaks fluid from the brake reservoir).
