Exterior: The roof is soft in various locations. The front left wall is delaminated, the rear right compartment door is cracked, partially detached skirting on the rear left, and tire blowout damage on the rear left side (spare tire installed). The awning is weathered/torn, and pry marks on the entry door. The decals are faded/peeling with scratches and dings in the body.
Interior: The flooring has multiple soft spots. There is a hole through the flooring on the left side of the dinette table (tire blowout damage). The closet in the master bedroom is water-damaged, the bathroom door handle is missing, and the wood trims/cabinetry are damaged. See pictures.
Mechanical: The slideout does not operate properly (will only retract halfway out, then starts to go off track). The tongue jack is damaged and does not operate. No keys or propane tanks included.
Tire Condition: Worn / 50% tread.
