Interior: The screen door latch is broken, and the handle is missing. Living room and kitchen floors are covered in plywood, with soft and water-damaged subflooring beneath. The bathroom floor is water-damaged around the toilet. The right side of the bedroom floor is water-damaged and has tears in the linoleum. A hole in the rear slide-out wall has been covered with a board and tape. The slide-out ceiling is bowed at the center, and the trim is loosely secured with screws.
Tire Condition: 25% tread and cracked.
Other: The tongue jack does not operate (will work manually). The unit has no battery or propane tanks.
