Exterior (updated): The left rear lower slide-out corner trim is loose, exposing water damage. The roof is heavily weathered, and the front half of the roof membrane is cracking. An A/C cover is missing. Dings, scuffs, and a crack in the front cap, as well as a crack in the fiberglass to the rear of the entry door.
Interior: Gaps between the kitchen flooring planks. Stains in the carpet, and wear in the furniture upholstery. See pictures for additional details.
Tire Condition: 25% tread
Other: The power entry steps do not operate. The generator will crank but does not start. Could not verify generator hours.
