Exterior: Delamination in multiple areas around the body. A deck board with a thin layer of concrete has been installed around the entry door. The entry steps are damaged/missing, the front right compartment door does not secure, the left fender is broken off, and the left taillight is missing. Caulk, spray foam, dents, and scuffs in various locations. See pictures for condition.
Interior: The walls, flooring, and ceilings are soft/water damaged in various locations. Stains, exposed wires, and holes in areas. Cabinet doors, panels, and appliances are missing.
Mechanical: The slideouts and lights do not receive power/operate (attempted to use a jump box and shore power). No keys, battery, or propane tanks included.
