Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.
Exterior: The awning on the rear right slideout does not retract, and the main awning is missing. The front left slideout flooring is soft/water-damaged. Cracks in the front left end cap, with scratches and scuffs in areas around the body.
Interior: The garage wall is soft/water-damaged on the right side of the entry door. The front right bedroom wall is cracked/water-damaged, and the bedroom door frame is damaged/detached. Stains in the carpets/flooring. See pictures.
Mechanical: The slide-outs have a difficult time extending/retracting. The garage does not receive power, and the ramp door is locked without a key. The generator turns over, but does not start. Missing one battery. The leveling jacks are not secured/spin (missing hardware). No keys included.
