Exterior: Seam tape around roof vents and skylight. Strip of roof tape on front left corner of roof. Faded graphics. Front legs look slightly tweaked.

Interior: Minor wear in cabinets, doors and trim. Fiberglass cracked on inside of entry door. The entry screen door has been uninstalled and the screen is ripped. Various electronics have been removed, as pictured. One cabinet door (pictured) will not stay closed. See images for additional details.
