Exterior: The front half of the underbelly is missing with wiring hanging down. The outdoor kitchen compartment door has been removed (included), and the appliances are missing. The front right landing gear leg is covered in hydraulic fluid, and the right rear stabilizer jack damaged and strapped up. The front awning bracket is tied closed. Delamination and water damage in the rear wall with the right rear corner seam separated, and the rear ladder loosely mounted in place due to the condition of the wall. The hot water heater is hanging from the wall with missing hardware, and there's a hole in a drainage plumbing beneath. Crack in the rear corner of the front left slide-out, and various dings and dents as pictured. Tear in the roof in front of the rear A/C, and a roof vent cover is missing.
Interior: Wear and heavy stains in the carpet and tears in the linoleum. Cigarette stains and odor. Various cabinets have been disassembled, and hardware missing/broken for drawers. Holes in the master bedroom door, and missing trim in areas. The rear bunk room wall is soft (water damage). The bathroom floor is spongy and shower skylight cracked. See images for condition.
Tire Condition: 25% tread and weathered/cracked.
