Exterior: The roof is soft/water-damaged on both slideouts and on the front right corner with a split transition strip present. The rear strut on the kitchen compartment door is disconnected from its mount, and the flooring is soft/water-damaged towards the rear. The awning is weathered/torn, the fenders have been poorly repainted, dents in the skirting, and hail dings/scratches in areas.
Interior: Cracks in both entry doors, and the rear entry door has a gap surrounding the frame (filled with foam). The bed frame is cracked in the center/caving in, the side tables are warped, and the right wall is soft/water-damaged. The left side of the bunkroom flooring is soft/water-damaged. The toilet and dinette/living area furniture are missing. Stains in the carpets. See pictures.
Mechanical: No propane tanks or propane tank cover included.
Tire Condition: Cracked / 25% tread. The wheels are missing multiple lug nuts.
