Details (updated): Unit previously had an issue which seemed like the starter was not receiving power. It was found that it very intermittently cranks over when turning the key. It also cranks for an extended period of time, runs rough, and creates a howling sound (see video). Unable to test operation due to a broken deck belt but the PTO can be heard engaging. The seat safety switch has been bypassed. Missing the deck belt covers and discharge chute.
