Description: 1997 Fleetwood Prowler 30 5Z equipped with a 11,900 GVWR, king pin coupler and leveling jacks. This unit features (2) slide-outs, washer/dryer hook-ups and an audio system. Can be viewed/inspected at our Michigan City, Indiana location.

Insurance loss - flood damage. The entire unit has extensive water damage and the interior has dry mud residue. Front right corner interior is open/exposed to outside, the roof leaks, and the front leveling jacks do not operate (unit needs to be lifted with a jack/forklift for transport). The tires (225/75/15) are worn and leak slowly after sitting. The battery needs to be replaced. See pictures for more detail.
