| Coach batteries need to be replaced. Exterior shows fading/cracking decals, rear wall and front of side walls have delamination, right side plastic fender is broken and missing a piece, and the screen door latch is broken. Exhaust fan in bathroom is broken, floor is soft at rear of living room, ceiling above slide out has water damage, many areas of wallpaper are bubbling (some may be from water damage), but unit shows typical wear from use. The roof has been resealed around the vents and along the seam on the left rear corner. See pictures for further details. |
