No key or tether. There are several unplugged electrical connections in the engine compartment, battery is missing, and the spark plug wires are missing. We hooked up jump pack and plugged electrical connections back together and could not get any power to the dash. Unable to verify if engine turns over. Trailer is rusty, tires are weather cracked, and tail lights are broken. Cosmetics and torn seat shown in pics.
