Description: 2013 Coachmen (by Forest River) Brookstone Ruby 310LS equipped with a 14,000 GVWR, king pin coupler, 7 pin round electrical connector, stabilizing jacks and new tires. This unit features (3) slide-outs, a power retractable patio awning, front king bedroom, rear living area, a washer/dryer hook-up, and an audio/video system with interior/exterior speakers. Can be viewed/inspected at our Georgetown, Texas location.

THERE ARE NO KEYS. The front cap is faded, the passenger rear slide-out lower skirting is damaged from a tire blow-out. The lower skirting on the driver's rear slide-out is dented. The lounge chairs are missing from the living area. The couch shows wear, and there is a hole in the kitchen floor. The wiring for the passenger rear slide-out is non operational. The satellite dish has been removed and is in a box inside the unit. See pictures for more detail.
