Description: 2007 Keystone Raptor 3612DS 5th wheel toy hauler travel trailer. Includes an Onan Marquis Gold 5500 generator. The tires are in good condition at 75% tread. Can be viewed/inspected at our Kingman, Arizona location.

Toy hauler dimensions: 8'2" W x 12' L x 8'6" H
Ramp dimensions: 7'3" L x 7'9" W

There are no keys, the coach battery needs replacing, the generator does not run, the roof a/c unit and the landing legs to do not work, some wiring has been changed, missing a battery, the exterior paint is faded, front steps are broken, the awning is deteriorated, the frame of the couch back is broken, a mirrored closet door and a dresser drawer are missing, a hinge pin is broken on refrigerator door, there is a small hole punctured in the kitchen sink, the cargo walls are scuffed, flooring/carpet is stained throughout.
