The roof plywood has deteriorated under the roof membrane in spots, the rear bumper is cracked and loose, there is a makeshift taillight zip-tied to the bumper, there are missing parts from the rear bumper, the upper right side fiberglass is screwed on, there is a large tear in the fiber glass in the center of the right side, broken marker lights, there is hole in the left front corner filled with caulk and the handle is broken on the entry door. The interior is ceiling and walls are water damaged, carpet needs cleaning and the homemade skylight in the bathroom is cracked. The dash/wiring is torn apart, no electrical power inside unit.
