| The roof has multiple patches, hail dings throughout, several seams have been re-caulked, there is a dent in the left front ans a hole on the left side center covered with tape. The ceiling is soft and sagging in the entryway and in the bedroom, there is a hole cut into the bathroom ceiling and walls have been replaced, appears to be from water damage, the floor is torn in the kitchen and the woodwork is sun faded. See pictures for more detail. |
