The left rear tire is flat and will not hold air (205/75R14), per seller the tires are 8 yrs old. There is a possible short in the lights, they were observed flickering and the bunk pads are worn and need replacing. There are scratches and scuffs on the hull. The seats are weathered/torn. The foam on the engine cover is dry/weathered and falling apart. The unit was kept at a covered marina and has been winterized. See pictures for more detail.
