Description: 2012 Heartland Elkridge 36QBCK equipped with a 15,000 GVWR, gooseneck coupler, 7 pin round electrical connector and stabilizing jacks. This unit features (3) slide-outs, a power patio awning, outdoor kitchen and an audio/video system with interior/exterior speakers. Can be viewed/inspected at our Georgetown, Texas location.

There is light damage to the passenger side wheel well due to a tire blowout, the awning is torn and has delamination around the front slide. The interior shows light use. The coach battery needs to be replaced and the tires are cracked with 50% tread (235/80-16). Unit will not pass Texas inspection due to the tires. See pictures for more detail.
