Battery needs to be replaced. Entry steps are inoperable. There is no "hours" gauge on the generator, so hours are unknown.
Interior: There are stains to the blinds/carpet/shower pan/bathroom floor, screen door retaining bracket and entry door chair are missing and the driver/passenger seats and couch are worn. The latch for the cabinet above the drivers seat is broken, blinds near entry door do not stay up, there are water stains at the rear corners in the bedroom, the kitchen floor is scratched (from slide out) and there are various screw holes in the walls.
Exterior: Paint is chalky, decals are cracked, clear-coat is peeling and there are various scratches. The headlights are hazy, passenger side front trim (under the mirror) is loose, all grab handles are cracked, the battery door latch is broken, windshield seals leaked while we power washed and the living room slide-out awning is deteriorating.
