Battery needs to be replaced. The generator will start on starting fluid but will not stay running (needs service). The entry steps are inoperable. Carpet is worn/stained and the bedroom wall is stained underneath the window (wall is still solid). The decals are faded/peeling, there is delamination at the rear, surface rust on the rear bumper, the top of the roof ladder is broken (new ladder comes with the unit) and there are light scratches throughout.
