Upon arrival, the unit appeared to have been sitting and was filled with old gas. After cleaning up the plugs and adding new fuel, we were able to get the unit running. While idling, it will miss once in a while and backfire. Although when it is at full throttle, it runs well. We recommend a full tune up and fresh gas. Battery needs replacement. The air breather cap and filters are missing. Both front tires inner steel belts are broken, causing them not to mount on the rims (will most likely need new tires in the front). Typical scratches/scuffs from use.
