Insurance loss. The battery needs to be charged/replaced and the interior has an odor. The left front bedroom wall is soft/water damaged and the right rear (under the kitchen sink wall) is soft/floor is water damaged. The exterior upper right rear corner is soft/water damaged, the rear is delaminating, A/C cover is cracked and the graphics are faded/peeling.
