The engine turns over, but doesn't start (throttle linkage is disconnected and the air cleaner has been removed). The right front tire does not hold air (crack in the sidewall, spare tire will not hold air either). The interior has some mold/mildew and there is evidence of rodents. There is perforation rust low and there are holes cut in the top of the fenders. The rear bumper is dented and there are scratches/dings on the body. The tires are weathered and the battery needs to be replaced.
