Description: 2007 Crossroads Paradise Point 35SL equipped with a 14,090 GVWR, King Pin coupler, fiberglass exterior, 4 slide-outs, good tires with 50% tread, kitchenette, master bedroom and full bath with walk-in shower. On auction at our Hastings, Minnesota location.

Insurance loss. The LP tanks are missing and all 4 slide-out switches are bad (we had to cross wires in order to get the slide-outs in/out). The left rear corner of the roof is soft/sagging, the right front corner is scraped and there is dings/dents/delamination to various areas on the exterior. The wall above the sofa slide-out is water damaged, the trim around the left front slide-out and around the rear entry door is cracked/broken and the sliding closet doors (in bedroom) are off track. Please view photos for additional detail.
