The coach battery will need to be replaced. The main slide-out will not retract. The slide-out's outer panel underneath has water damage. The passenger side wheel well is damaged from an apparent blowout. The roof has some deteriorated spots. The unit shows signs of a previous pest issue. The paint is lightly faded. The awning is torn.
