The engine does not start (it will turn over once and quit). As a result, this unit will NOT pass Texas State Inspection. The battery needs to be replaced, the windshield is cracked and the Check Engine light is on (codes P0562, P0489, P2141, P0700,P0487, P245C). Interior shows heavier wear from use. Exterior paint is faded, both bumpers are dented and there are various scratches/dings to the body.
