| Unfortunately, we do not have the keys and the winning bidder will have to supply a battery. On inspection, we noted the floor was soft by the TV display, bathroom door, and the bathroom floor itself. The roof seems okay. We couldn't see any indicators of what may have caused the soft flooring. Aside from that, the majority of the unit is in decent shape and available for inspection at our Valdosta, GA location. |
