Coach and engine batteries need to be replaced. Exterior shows typical fading, the awnings are deteriorating (slide out and main), windshield trim is missing, driver's side roof edge trim is loose, and the generator exhaust bracket is broken. Generator does not run (needs service). The front TV housing trim is broken and the TV is not mounted, passenger sun visor screws have been pulled out, driver's seat armrest is broken, ceiling is stained, dining table finish is peeling, floors in the bathroom are bubbled and peeling, bathroom sink has been noticeably recaulked, and the bathroom blinds are damaged. There are other signs of wear from use and age. See pictures for further details.
