The wall above the slide-out is water damaged. The ceiling above the slide-out is water damaged and sagging. The slide-out trim is missing and the cabinet under the TV is cut exposing the water lines (pic). There is delamination/water damage around the slide-out exterior. The roof is soft on the left half.
