The pendant has a 1.38ct pear shaped "Paraiba" Tourmaline and is embellished with 32 round brilliant cut white diamonds with a .50ctw mounted in an 18K white gold setting. Total stone weight is 1.88cts. The silver chain is also included. This piece also comes with an appraisal from the North American Gemological Laboratory and is appraised at $14,300.
"Paraiba" Tourmaline's first originated in Brazil. Even though this stone originated in Mozambique, it's still considered a "Paraiba" because it is copper bearing a.k.a. cuprian.
