No keys, exterior paint is faded, awning is torn, right front compartment door is missing, entry door/right front corner is water damaged, and tires are cracked and will need to be replaced. There are areas of delamination around the exterior, the interior carpet is stained, and the roof/ceiling/walls have water damage (see pictures for more details). Coach battery needs to be charged/replaced.
